Do not confuse the Central Magistrate recent-arrest result with criminal history
A 24-hour processing window answers “recently processed,” not “criminal history”
Bexar County says its Central Magistrate search covers people arrested for Class B or higher offenses who were processed by the office within the last 24 hours. A person can have an older Bexar case and not appear there; a recent arrest can appear before the case has a final disposition. For historical court evidence, use the County Clerk or District Clerk record systems.
